Team is comprised of the following:
Chairman, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Muhanna
Dr. Ibrahim Abdulaziz Al-Muhanna, received his Doctorate
in 1987 from the American University in Washington D.C.
in international relationship, political economics and
International communication. after graduating, he
served as Assistant Professor at King Saud University.
Since 1999, he is Advisor to the Minister of Petroleum
and Mineral Resources.
He has several publications in Arabic and English to his
credit, he regularly participates as key speaker in many
seminars & international conferences. He has membership
of various international & local committees and
participates in most bilateral official meetings
involving Ministry of Petroleum & Mineral Resources.
In 1994, he lead the Saudi delegation to Spain in the
third ministerial meeting of petroleum consuming &
exporting countries.
In March 2010, he has been elected as Chairman of the
Board of Directors of Watan Investment
& Securities.
CFO, Mr. Sharfuddin Manzoor.
Mr.
Manzoor is a business and law graduate. He is a
professional banker and accountant (CPA, CA, CMA) with
more than 20 years experience with various commercial
and investment banks in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia,
Hong Kong and USA in key roles in Finance, Treasury,
Operations and Internal Audit. In addition, he has held
positions with leading public accounting and consulting
firms where he successfully completed business and IT
projects with various clients.
Asset Management Head, Mr. Ashraf Al-Mezel.
Mr. Al-Mezel
has a Bachelor degree from KFUPM in addition to more
than 12 years in the Saudi banking industry in areas
such as Research, Investment
Management and managing Fund Managers. He is responsible
for
the management of Mutual Funds, Advisory Services and
Discretionary Portfolio Management for corporate and
high net worth clients.

Relationship Group Head, Mr. Hussain Al-Moamen.
Mr. Al-Moumen
graduated from King Saud University with a Bachelor’s
degree in Accounting and has over 13 years of experience
in the Banking and Investment. His expertise is mainly
the areas of corporate banking, financial analyses,
credit risk, restructuring and building a customer base,
and client relationship management.
Operations Head, Mr. Abdulrahman Kawas
Mr. Kawas
holds a Bachelor’s from Eastern Michigan University in
International Business and has over 20 years of banking
experience. His expertise is in the areas of retail
banking (credit cards and consumer loans operations),
Audit, quality assurance, payment reconciliation and
investment operations.
Compliance & AML Head, Mr. Saud Al-Qassem.
Mr. Al-Qassem
holds a Bachelor’s degree from King Saud University and
has over fourteen years experience in the Saudi Banking,
Investment, Risk Management, and Compliance fields. He
is responsible for managing the Compliance / Anti-Money
Laundering & Risk Management functions in Watan.
IT Group Leader, Mr. Bassim Al-Sayegh.
Mr. Al-Sayegh
has a BS of Science in Computer Engineering from KFUPM
with more than 9 years experience in IT Corporate
Banking. He has participated in more than 150 IT
projects mainly for e-banking, cash management,
collection and remittance.
Manager – Local Brokerage Operations,
Mr.
Wail Al-Marhoum.
 Mr.
Al-Marhoum has more than 5 years investment banking
experience in developing brokerage and mutual funds
services. He has a successful track record in improving
professional customer service techniques and automated
investment services. At Watan Investment he is
responsible for managing local brokerage operations.
