The shareholders’ of WATAN Investment & Securities elected a new board of directors in the AGM of the company held on 28th February, 2010. The new board of directors held their first meeting on 13th March, 2010 and elected Dr. Ibrahim Al-Mahanna as the new Chairman of the Board for next three years.
