This will include raising finances for projects (i.e. IPOs, Private Placements, Debt Financing and Venture Capital) through client relationship management system / database and close client contacts, so the potential investors will be identified to finance feasible and profitable projects through: IPOs in Saudi Stock Market, Direct Investments in existing companies offered for sale and divesture, Debt financing, and Venture Capital (companies and projects at stage of infancy).

This service line focuses on private and public sector projects and offers financial and general advice to assist clients to invest in larger projects. In the public sector, advising services
focus on privatization of government entities. While in
